As far as doing a disservice to the industry, I think there’s plenty of scope for debate. If anybody thinks that a standard approach is going to work regardless of business size or industry then they are mistaken. We need new approaches and new ways of thinking – the “standard approach” has failed. The disservice is being done by those who doggedly stick to the manual regardless…It’s a good response to my blog though. Glad that I’ve got a few people thinking. We should have a beer sometime
